Lounge & Bar offers a relaxed, shared dining experience through its innovative menu. Encouraging a more sociable way of dining, dishes are presented in smaller serving sizes and are placed in the middle of the table to share.
Aligned with restaurant’s food concept, local ingredients and the traditional flavours of Indonesia are the inspiration of the all-day menu. The cliffside location, paired with the spanning ocean view, provide an alluring setting to relax and watch Bali’s magical sunsets.
A delicious accompaniment to your chilled beverage of choice, may we recommend the Crispy Prawns with chilli sauce, Hamachi Ceviche and Tuna Tartare with avocado and mint to share. Excellent with a crisp white wine or signature cocktail, the chef’s Soy Tuna is nuanced with daikon, ginger flower and soy sauce.
